I’m a wannabe foodie, an Ironman’s wife, and mother to the Monkeybear, the dogs Lucy and Cooper, and Newt the cat. I try to eat healthy, stay active, and mostly, I think I achieve that.

This blog is about keeping up with friends and family, as well as sharing mostly healthy recipes that taste good.
 I think a key part of a healthy, happy lifestyle is eating right, and it’s important to me to share recipes that don’t induce guilt upon consumption. What’s also important to me is spreading the idea that all this healthy stuff can make you want to go back for seconds… or thirds.
